3 Types Of Women Who Not Be Able To Smell Of Paradise

3 Types Of Women Who Not Be Able To Smell Of Paradise

Muhammad Abduh Tuasical MSc

There are three types, appearance or mode that makes Muslim woman threatened will not smell Paradise.Though the smell of paradise could be smelled from a distance so and so. The thread among is the types of women who dressed but appear to be naked. What we are witnessing today, many women are veiled or hooded but still wear tight and sexy look.

From Abu Hurayrah radi 'anhu , he said that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said,

There are two types, amongst the people of Hell, I have yet not seen them. (1) One possessing whips like the tail of an ox and they flog people with them. (2) the women who would be naked in spite of their being dressed, who are seduced (to wrong paths) and seduce others with their hair high like humps. These women would not get into Paradise and they would not perceive the odour of Paradise, although its fragrance can be perceived from such and such distance (from great distance).’ (HR Muslim no 2128)

Three characteristics women who did not smell of Paradise

In the above hadith mentioned some characteristics of women who were threatened not be able to smell paradise where mentioned,

They are :  the women who: (1) dressed but naked, (2) wa maa-ilaat mumiilaat , (3) their heads are tilted like a camel's hump.

What is the third of this character?

The following description of Imam Nawawi in Sharh Saheeh Muslim Al Minhaj .

(1) Women who dressed but naked.

There are several interpretations presented by Imam Nawawi:
  1. Women who gained the favor of God, but refuses to give thanks to Him.
  2. Women who cover part of his body and expose others.
  3. Women who wear thin clothes that show the body color.

(2) Women wa maa-ilaat mumiilaat

There are several interpretations regarding this matter:

  1. Maa-ilaat what is mean is not obedient to God and do not want to protect what it should be protected. Mumiilaatquestion what is mean is teaching others to do something despicable.
  2. Maa-ilaat is walking while using perfumes and mumilaat is walking while shaking the shoulders
  3. Maa-ilaat in question is a woman who used to comb her hair so stylish make a wanton display of their beauty.  Mumiilaat in question is a woman combing the hair of other women so stylish like it.

(3) The woman whose head is like a camel's hump sloping

That is the woman who deliberately enlarge her head with collecting the hair on her head as if to wear a turban (turban).
(See Sharh Saheeh Muslim , published by Dar Ibn Jawzi, 14: 98-99).

Current Women Fashion ...

There are several styles that we can see from today's Muslim women Fashin who threatened not be able to smell paradise based on the hadith above:

  1. The women who wear thin material so the color of her skin is visible.
  2. The woman who dressed but naked for most of her body is uncovered and the other covered.
  3. Women usually adorned themselves with combing her hair and showed her hair when she walk with swaying movement.
  4. The woman who make a bun on top of  her hair or lengthening her hair by adding hair extensions on her head so it looks great like wearing a bun.
  5. The woman who use perfume and walking while making a movement on her shoulders (shaking her shoulder).

May God give the Muslim women guidance to dress according to the Islamic Guidance. Because with this Guidance would save them more in the world and the hereafter.
