TYPES OF HEART
Allah ta'ala says in the Qur'an about the types of heart, there are types of a good heart, there are also types of a bad heart, among them are:
FIRST: TYPES OF GOOD HEART

1 A SAFE HEART (AL-QALBU AS-SALIM)
That is : A heart with sincerity to “the oneness” of God (Tawheed), as well as free of kufr ( disbelief / denial or rejecton of the truth), nifaq (hypocrisy), and shirk (Polytheism).
Allah ta'ala says:
{إلا من أتى الله بقلب سليم} )الشعراء: 89(
FIRST: TYPES OF GOOD HEART

1 A SAFE HEART (AL-QALBU AS-SALIM)
That is : A heart with sincerity to “the oneness” of God (Tawheed), as well as free of kufr ( disbelief / denial or rejecton of the truth), nifaq (hypocrisy), and shirk (Polytheism).
Allah ta'ala says:
{إلا من أتى الله بقلب سليم} )الشعراء: 89(
"But only one who comes to Allah with a sound heart".
2 A REPENT HEART (AL-QALBU AL-MUNIIB)
That is : A heart that always return to God with repentance, and receive obedience to Him.
Allah ta'ala says:
{من خشي الرحمن بالغيب وجاء بقلب منيب} )ق: 33(
“Who feared the Most Merciful unseen and came with a heart returning (in repentance)”
3 OBIDIENT HEART (AL-QALBU AL-MUKHBIT)
That is : A Calm heart and submissive.
Allah ta'ala says:
{فتخبت له قلوبهم} )الحج: 54(
"Their hearts humbly submit to it".
4 A HEART THAT FEAR ALLAH (AL-QALBU AL-WAJIL)
That is : The heart that fear if Allah does not accept his deeds, and fear that he is not safe from Allah's wrath.
Allah ta'ala says:
{وقلوبهم وجلة أنهم إلى ربهم راجعون} [المؤمنون: 60]
"Their hearts are fear (because they know that) they will actually return to their Lord".
5 PIOUS HEART (AL-QALBU AT-TAQIYY)
That is : A heart that honos the symbols (syiar) of God.
Allah ta'ala says:
{ومن يعظم شعائر الله فإنها من تقوى القلوب} )الحج: 32(
"And whoever honors the symbols of Allah, then indeed it is from the piety of hearts".
6 THE GUIDANCE HEART (AL- QALBU AL-MAHDIYY )
That is : The heart that has faith and pleasure to God, and accept His decision. "
Allah ta'ala says:
{ومن يؤمن بالله يهد قلبه} )التغابن: 11(
"And whoever believes in Allah, He will give guide his heart".
7 A PEACEFULL HEART (AL-QALBU AL-MUTHMA)
That is : A peacefull heart by “the Oneness” of Allah and remember Him
Allah ta'ala says:
{وتطمئن قلوبهم بذكر الله} الرعد: 28
"Their hearts are assured by remembrance of Allah".
8 LIVING HEART (AL-QALBU AL-HAYY)
That is : Mind heart and can take a lesson from the story of previous ummah.
Allah ta'ala says:
{إن في ذلك لذكرى لمن كان له قلب} )ق: 37(
"Verily, in that is a reminder for whoever has a heart or who listens while he present (in mind) ".
TWO: TYPES THE BAD HEART

9 THE SICK HEART ( AL-QALBU AL-MARIIDH )*******************************************
That is : The Heart that falls into sickness, such have a hesitation or nifaq (hypocrisy) , and there is the harms and lust that haram caused by it
Allah ta'ala says:
{فيطمع الذي في قلبه مرض} )الأحزاب: 32(
" lest he in whose heart is disease should feel tempted".
10 BLINDED HEART (AL-QALBU AL-A’MAA)
That is : The heart that does not see and does not follow the goodness, and not be able to take lessons.
Allah ta'ala says:
{ولكن تعمى القلوب التي في الصدور} )الحج: 46(
" but blinded are the hearts which are within the breasts.".
11 UNGUARDED HEART (AL-QALBU AL-LAAHIIY)
That is : The heart that unguarded from Al-Qur-aan, busy with falsehood and negligence worldly life, and have no sense.
Allah ta'ala says:
{لاهية قلوبهم} )الأنبياء: 3(
"Their hearts are in a state of neglect (careless)".
12 THE SINFUL HEART (AL-QALBU AL-AATSIM )
That is : The Heart that conceal testimony
Allah ta'ala says:
{ولا تكتموا الشهادة ومن يكتمها فإنه آثم قلبه} )البقرة: 283(
" And do not conceal testimony, for whoever conceals it - his heart is indeed sinful".
13 THE ARROGANT HEART (AL- QALBU AL-MUTAKABBIR)
That it : The heart that arrogant, not attributing to the Oneness of
Allah ( Tauhid ) and obedient to Allah, his heart is hard because of the cruel (zalim) and hostility.
Allah ta'ala says:
{كذلك يطبع الله على كل قلب متكبر جبار} )غافر: 35(
"Thus does Allah seal the hearts of those who are arrogant tyrant".
14 THE ROUGH HEART (AL-QALBU AL-GHALIIZH )
That is : The Heart that removed of tenderness and affection.
Allah ta'ala says:
{ولو كنت فظا غليظ القلب لانفضوا من حولك} )آل عمران: 159(
“had you been rough or hard-hearted, they would have deserted you”
15 THE LOCKED HEART (AL-QALBU AL-MAKHTUUM )
That is : The heart that does not hear, does not understand, and does not follow the instructions.
Allah ta'ala says:
{وختم على سمعه وقلبه} )الجاثية: 23(
"And Allah has set a seal upon his hearing and his heart".
16 HARD HEARTED (AL-QALBU AL-QAASIIY)
That is : The heart that is not soft with eeman (faith), and no trace of the warnings and threats, and turn away from the remembrance of Allah.
Allah ta'ala says:
{وجعلنا قلوبهم قاسية} )المائدة: 13(
"And We made their hearts grow hard".
17 THE NEGLECTFUL HEART (AL-QALBU AL-GHAAFIL )
That is : Heart that negligent of the remembrance of Allah, and is more concerned with his own desires than obedience to Allah.
Allah ta'ala says:
{ولا تطع من أغفلنا قلبه عن ذكرنا} )الكهف: 28(
"And do not obey one whose heart We have made the neglect of Our remembrance".
18 CLOSED HEART (AL-QALBU AL-AGHLAF)
That is : Heart that blocked, does not want to hear the guidance of prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam.
Allah ta'ala says:
{وقالوا قلوبنا غلف} )البقرة: 88(
"And they say: Our hearts are wrapped".
19 THE TENDED ASTRAY HEART (AL-QALBU AZ-ZAA-IGH)
That is : The Heart that deviating from the truth.
Allah ta'ala says:
{فأما الذين في قلوبهم زيغ} آل عمران: 7
"As for those in whose hearts is deviation (from truth)".
20 HEART OF THE DOUBT (AL-QALBU AL-MURIIB )
That is : The Hearts filled with doubt and indecision.
Allah ta'ala says:
{وارتابت قلوبهم فهم في ريبهم يترددون} )التوبة: 45(
" and whose hearts have doubted, and they, in their doubt, are hesitating".
